Our AI products (PKMOpenClaw, PKMSoulMate) operate within a sandboxed environment with explicit user permissions. All user data is stored locally on your device.

For AI features requiring cloud processing, data is transmitted to our sub-processor Anthropic, PBC (San Francisco, USA) via the Claude API. Only the minimum data necessary for processing is transmitted. Anthropic processes this data under their privacy policy and does not use it for model training.

Data transfer to the USA is covered by Anthropic's compliance with applicable data protection standards. You can restrict cloud AI features at any time through the app's sandbox permissions.
